These rules define what may be presented as a fact, how uncertainty is handled, and what must happen before a page is treated as finished public guidance.

Accuracy before confidence
A clear limitation is more useful than a precise-looking claim that the evidence cannot support. Provider features, prices, bonuses, eligibility, licences, and availability must be attributable and current enough for the context in which they appear.
Research records and placeholders are working material, not recommendations. They remain outside search indexing until their content, links, images, metadata, and editorial approval meet the publication gate.
Independence and conflicts
Top10's editorial owner is accountable for publication decisions, evidence standards, and corrections. Affiliate relationships and other funding never determine a ranking, review conclusion, or whether a page is published.
A provider may supply factual clarification, but does not receive the right to approve our conclusion. A material commercial relationship must be disclosed where it can affect how a reader interprets an outbound action.
Language and attribution
We write original summaries from the evidence rather than reproducing another publisher's structure or phrasing. Quotations are limited, attributed, and used only when the precise wording matters. We avoid fabricated experience, anonymous authority, and claims that a search result alone has verified a fact.
Health, legal, financial, and gambling-related material receives stronger caution because incorrect or stale information can cause greater harm. General information is not presented as personal professional advice.
Corrections and material changes
When published information changes, we review the relevant page. If we identify a material error, we correct, clarify, or remove it and update the page's review record. Cosmetic edits do not substitute for rechecking the underlying evidence.
A correction request should identify the exact page and claim, explain the concern, and link to a primary source where possible. The contact route explains the current submission status without inventing a public address that has not been configured.
