Why this tool is useful
Tune an animation for a tutorial, reaction or status message by applying one explicit speed factor to the complete timeline.

Speed up or slow down an animated GIF by changing its bounded frame delays while leaving the composited visual frames local to this browser tab.
Ready. Your working data stays in this browser.
Files and capture streams stay on this device. Processing uses browser APIs only; nothing is uploaded to YTSave, the media API or a proxy.
Tune an animation for a tutorial, reaction or status message by applying one explicit speed factor to the complete timeline.
The browser decodes the original frame delays, divides each by the chosen speed and rounds to GIF's 10 ms timing units before local re-encoding.
Choose 2× to turn a three-second animation into approximately 1.5 seconds, then verify the reported old and new durations before download.
The calculation is deterministic and explains validation errors instead of silently changing invalid input.
Input and output remain in this tab. Copy and download happen through browser APIs without a server upload.
Every run reports its tool mode, timestamp and input/output size so transformed data can be audited.
