Why this tool is useful
Use this converter when specifications, downloads or measurements are given in gradians, but your worksheet or destination requires arcminutes. It avoids manual factor mistakes.

Convert gradians (gon) to arcminutes (arcmin) with a transparent angle formula.
Ready. Your working data stays in this browser.
Use this converter when specifications, downloads or measurements are given in gradians, but your worksheet or destination requires arcminutes. It avoids manual factor mistakes.
The browser converts gon to the shared angle base unit using scale 0.015708 and offset 0, then converts that base value to arcmin using scale 0.000290888 and offset 0.
For example, entering 1 gon returns 54 arcmin. Results include the formula and enough precision for a quick verification.
The calculation is deterministic and explains validation errors instead of silently changing invalid input.
Input and output remain in this tab. Copy and download happen through browser APIs without a server upload.
Every run reports its tool mode, timestamp and input/output size so transformed data can be audited.
