How it works
Boundary-aware Unicode patterns find hash and at-sign tokens, normalize only for deduplication and keep the first spelling used in the source.
Practical example
The sample returns one @YTSave entry with two occurrences, plus separate #LocalTools and #privacy tags, and does not treat @example inside the email as a mention.
Validation
The calculation is deterministic and explains validation errors instead of silently changing invalid input.
