How it works
The local parser flattens the bounded outline tree into explicit columns, escapes CSV syntax and prefixes cells that spreadsheet software could execute as formulas.
Practical example
Convert a podcast-reader OPML backup, group the CSV by category_path or feed_host, and find subscriptions that need cleanup without contacting their servers.
Validation
The calculation is deterministic and explains validation errors instead of silently changing invalid input.
